The Selection Process has Begun for the Most Important & Worst Consultant Decisions Australia ... 2024 by The Yellow Hood Group
I was recently sent a story entitled. Tale of business sin.
“Centrepay, AGL consulted it was illegally stealing welfare payments from former customers failed to stop these illegal actions, court is told.”
This Story of business moral sin aimed at many thousands of underprivileged Australian residents using government legislationwas instigated over numerous tens of months and was used by numerous pretty shady companies to attack Australians vulnerable in our society for for just plane business greed.
The baddest of these shady businesses is energy crime syndicate type business AGL in one period illegally stole over three quarters of a million dollars from former unsuspecting customers and was given notice with 24 hour updates and transactions generated by the Aust. Govt. via Centre-Pay, still criminally failed to take steps to stop the illegitimate withdrawals according to the court filings. At risk (incl. members of the elderly community) Australians who WERE NOT clients and were incorrectly charged by this power syndicate type business AGL.
Retirement on the South Coast.
My friends Harold and Ethan had retired to the West coast where they had many happy memories and became part of a amazing community. They are a industrious couple who decided to invest in for their retirement by putting their savings into an investment property.
Lack of Proper Government Legislation to protect the Australian Rental Market.
Investigating these options and reading the clear legal language of these websites we approached one trusted corporate name L.J Hooker where upon we entered into an exclusive Rental Management Agreement. Everything seemed to go well until we were notified that our rental property was to be vacated and we could attend to inspect the property.
It was a complete disaster and the person we were originally dealing with was not available, we were informed that we were now to deal with the new property manager Mr Ethan Hood. His cavalier obtuse manner, attitudes and statements with regard to a property that my friends had cared for, about and spent many weeks and months preparing for the Rental market was now laid a wreck, carpets that and reeked of dog urine required removal and disposal. Sealing the floor boards relaying new carpet along with thousands of dollars of repair. I can still remember my friends face going white while recalling Ethan Hood as a person who was completely out of his depth.
Despite the opinions and evidence of professional cleaners, decorators and other property professionals, he {simply denied the issues and claimed this is how the property was when originally rented to the tenants despite the actual evidence to the contrary|claimed the property did not smell and that the house was ready for rental. {https://www.i-jumponline.com/network/groups/viewdiscussion/1581-holding-the-line-by-a-rangihana-opinion-article?groupid=121 had failed to carry out basic and proper Tenant evaluations, ingoing property reports, ongoing property reports and outgoing reports. He failed to hold the tenants to account for outstanding rent and damages, and by extension the franchisee and L.J Hookers. I got the sense that instead of helping to rectify the issues and entering into a proper conciliation process L.J Hookers engaged high end lawyers to intimidate, mislead and and protect the company reputation...
Lessons Learned. This decline of corporate responsibility and moral backbone sends a stunning chill throughout the societal structures that bind a healthy functioning culture together... without basic protections of governance and a strong judiciary we are open to the very worst of rampant capitalist greed. What can we do to help support our society and culture in a world where all around us our parliamentary officials, councils and business leaders are losing themselves in moral decay...
